 Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms of sale.
 The present conditions are governed by French law, including the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (law n°2004/575 of June 21, 2004).

Any contrary condition set by the Customer will be, in the absence of express acceptance, unenforceable against Renaissance World Tour Shop, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention. The fact that Renaissance World Tour Shop does not take advantage of any of the present terms and conditions of sale at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to take advantage of any of the said terms and conditions at a later date.

Article 1. Object

 

The purpose of the present terms and conditions is to inform any potential buyer of the terms and conditions under which Renaissance World Tour Shop (hereinafter referred to as "Renaissance World Tour Shop"), as seller, proceeds with the sale and delivery of Renaissance World Tour Shop products ordered on the website http://www.renaissanceworldtourshop.com/; and to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the sale of products by Renaissance World Tour Shop to any individual who is not a merchant, who is of age and who has full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). Article 2. Products

Product characteristics

The information provided on the product sheet mentions the essential characteristics of the products (color, description, composition, size), their price including all taxes.

 The differences may result from the color quality of the photographs, the difficulty of rendering the materials on the screen or even, without being exhaustive, the technical adaptation. These differences cannot be interpreted as defects of conformity and lead to the cancellation of the sale.
 In the event of a manifest error or insignificant omission between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or description, Renaissance World Tour Shop shall not be held liable.
 The product offers and prices appearing on the Site are valid as long as they appear on the Site, within the limits of available stocks.

Availability of Products

The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. Only the products listed on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer are offered for sale. Thus, when placing an order, the Customer is informed of the availability of the selected Product. In case of unavailability of a product, Renaissance World Tour Shop will inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail and indicate, if necessary, the estimated waiting time for delivery of the product. The Customer will be able to confirm the order or request a refund of the product on the basis of the invoiced price.

- The preparation and delivery costs will be refunded to the Customer if the latter confirms the cancellation of the entire order.

- The preparation and delivery costs will remain at the charge of the Customer if the latter confirms the delivery of one or more other available products forming part of the same order.

 

Article 3. Prices

 

The prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes and excluding preparation and delivery costs which vary according to the countries concerned. The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate is modified, it will automatically be reflected in the price of the articles. The fixed amount of participation in the preparation and delivery costs is communicated to the Customer on the summary of the order, before validation of the latter.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will intervene within the framework of a possible "exchange/refund" as detailed below.

Renaissance World Tour Shop reserves the right to modify the prices and descriptions of the products at any time, particularly in the event of an increase in charges, the rate of VAT, and/or in the event of a typographical or obvious error. However, the products will be charged on the basis of prices prevailing at the time of registration of the order, unless there is an error. Indeed, despite the vigilance of Renaissance World Tour Shop, it is possible that price errors occur on the Site for whatever reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error ...). If orders have been placed at erroneous prices or obviously at a low price, the orders will be cancelled, even if they have been validated by Renaissance World Tour Shop. Article 4. Order / Payment

 

- 4.1 Customer number

All Customers must fill in the fields proposed to them to create their Customer profile and obtain their connection identifiers, which are personal. Any loss or forgetfulness of these identifiers must be reported to Renaissance World Tour Shop as soon as possible by contacting the Web Customer Service.

To place an order, the Customer must fill out a registration form and complete the information necessary for identification:

- Valid e-mail address and password of his choice (confidential and personal) for the identification of the Customer on the Site,

- personal data marked with an asterisk, mandatory and necessary for the processing of invoices and delivery of orders.

It is important that the Customer fills in the form as accurately as possible in order to avoid any error or incidence in the shipment of the ordered items. The data recorded on this Site is exclusively intended for Renaissance World Tour or its partners in case of express acceptance by the Customer in the conditions mentioned below.

- 4.2 Registration of the order

Any Customer who wishes to place an Order selects the Product(s) of his/her choice by clicking on "Add to my cart". At the end of this step, a summary page corresponding to the Order form appears on the screen, allowing the Customer to make any changes and then validate by clicking on "Place Order".

In order to validate the order, the Customer must read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and expressly accept them by checking the box provided for this purpose.

- 4.3 Validation of the order

The Customer guarantees Renaissance World Tour Shop that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment he/she has chosen for his/her order, at the time of registration of the Order. By validating the shopping cart, the summary order form and the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Client gives his/her consent to proceed to the validation of the order through payment. The price due by the Customer is the amount indicated on the summary order form which the Customer has read before validating his order. This validation shall constitute express acceptance of all operations carried out on the Site.

 Any Order placed on the Site shall be paid exclusively online using one of the following credit cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal.

The Order is only taken into account after entering the credit card number, its expiration date and the cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of the credit card) for payment. This payment is subject to final validation by the GIE carte bancaire. The debit of the card is made at the time of the expedition of the order. The Paypal debit is made at the time of the order.

In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the Order shall constitute proof of the completeness of the Order in accordance with the provisions of the Law of March 13, 2000 and shall constitute payment of the sums involved in the entry of the items appearing on the order form.

- 4.4 Payment security

Renaissance World Tour Shop uses the secure payment service Shopify Payments Service which incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (card number, expiration date) are transmitted encrypted directly to the Shopify Payments Service server and are not transmitted to our server at any time. The Shopify Payments Service server itself is directly connected to the servers of the banks in each country concerned.

- 4.5 Prevention of payment fraud :

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions and formalities relating to the prevention of fraudulent use of payment methods described below.
 The information relating to the order placed by the Customer online on the Site is subject to automated data processing for which the Company Shopify Payments Service is responsible, with which Renaissance World Tour Shop has concluded an agreement for this purpose.

The sole purpose of this automated processing of personal data is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against payment fraud.
 The Shopify Payments Service may ask the Customer for proof of identity, billing address, delivery address and payment method. The failure or refusal of the Customer to provide the requested proofs may lead Renaissance World Tour Shop to refuse the order in question. The delay in transmitting the requested supporting documents may delay the shipping and delivery of the ordered products.

The occurrence of an unpaid bill for the sole reason of fraudulent use of a credit card will automatically result in the registration of the details of the order in a computerized file.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and object to all of his or her personal data at any time, by writing to Renaissance World Tour Shop and providing proof of identity.

- 4.6 Acknowledgement of receipt of the order

The final validation of the Order occurs after validation of the payment.

An e-mail confirming the Order and the payment will be sent to the Customer confirming its registration with a summary of all the information already communicated, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the withdrawal form.

Article 6. Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risks

 

The transfer of ownership of the items purchased on the Site to the benefit of the Customer will only take place after the full payment of all the sums due, regardless of the date of delivery of the items to the Customer. The non-performance by the Customer of its payment obligations gives Renaissance World Tour Shop the right to demand the immediate return of the items delivered at the expense and risk of the Customer.

 

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer shall return the ordered products within 30 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw under the conditions defined in article 7.1 above. The costs of returning the products are to be borne by the Customer.

The Customer may return the ordered items to Renaissance World Tour Shop, at his or her own expense, along with (i) his or her withdrawal form or other unambiguous statement, and the invoice, to the address provided in the return acceptance email.

Renaissance World Tour Shop will reimburse the Customer for the total amount paid, i.e. the price of the products, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days following the Customer's withdrawal, unless the Customer returns the order by mail or parcel post, in which case the reimbursement will be deferred until the Customer has retrieved the products ordered or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.

The Customer's bank account will be directly re-credited with the amount of the returned items.

 

Article 8. Exchange or refund of Product

The Customer has the possibility to be reimbursed for any unworn item of the current season by returning the items directly by mail to the address communicated in the return acceptance email, for purchases made on Renaissanceworldtourshop.com exclusively:

The articles must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and the original label. In the case of a return via La Poste, the shipping costs are at the charge of the Customer.

Attention: Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be taken back in store and will not be refunded if returned to the return address.
 In case of a refund request, the refund is made upon receipt of the package within approximately 10 working days. The Customer's bank account is directly re-credited with the amount of the returned items.

In the event of abnormal or abusive exchanges or refund requests, Renaissance World Tour Shop may reserve the right to refuse to service a subsequent Order.

 

Article 9. Guarantee

 

The products offered are in conformity with the French legislation in force. All the Products benefit from the legal regime of the guarantee of conformity envisaged in articles L211-4 and following of the Code of consumption, as well as the guarantee of the hidden defects of articles 1641 and following of the Civil code.

 

Article 10. Responsibility

 

Despite the care taken on the Site, the photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented may sometimes contain errors: Renaissance World Tour Shop cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in one of the photographs or a text. In the event of a dispute, the Customer must provide the Order number and the exact reason for the dispute.

Following the resolution of the problem and if it is necessary to proceed to a refund, it is made directly to the bank account of the Customer.
 Inquiries made to the Post Office to find out about the delivery of a package should not exceed 30 days.

Finally, beyond 2 months after the opening of a "claim" file, the requests for refunds can no longer be taken into account since the banking agent of Renaissance World Tour Shop only allows the re-crediting of transactions within a maximum of 60 days.

The present contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute, only the French courts will be competent.
